Decider: The person who makes the final decision
Accountable: The person who is ultimately answerable for the task or project (also a decision maker)
Responsible: The person(s) who does the work to complete the task or project
Consulted: The people who provide input and feedback (not a Decider)
Informed: The people who need to be kept up-to-date on the progress and outcomes
